This session will help educators understand dyslexia and walk away with tools that can be seamlessly integrated into daily instruction to support diverse learning needs.
Objectives: This session will support our focus student groups—English Learners (ELs), Students with Disabilities (SWDs), and Youth in Transition—by emphasizing the importance of inclusive lesson design and the integration of supportive tools. For students with dyslexia, a condition that affects them throughout their lives, educators will learn how to implement strategies that not only assist diagnosed students but also those who may mask their struggles.
