"Formative" is defined as a profound and lasting influence on someone's development. With Formative assessment, the goal is to utilize an assessment tool that can bring a profound change on the way we assess students, and analyze data to best suit our students' needs. This training will cover the various ways to create a Formative, how to analyze data (including subgroups), and collaborate with colleagues to generate productive discussions on lesson design and implementation.
